Abiding Artistry policies, terms and conditions
Bookings: All bookings must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve appointments. You will not be charged until services are rendered.
Client(s) agree to release the Esthetician, Jazzlyn Pryor, Abiding Artistry L.L.C, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Use of Image: Abiding Artistry or Jazzlyn Pryor, or any representatives or agents affiliated with Abiding Artistry, LLC may use client(s) photos and/or videos on it's website or any social media platforms, flyers, brochures or any advertising it deems necessary. This includes any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Jazzlyn Pryor, Abiding Artistry L.L.C, and any and all of it's representatives and agents. Client(s) agree to release all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: Esthetician services will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Acceptance of completed application by client is acknowledgment by client that application is done to his/her satisfaction.
Delays: A late fee of $15 will be applied to the total balance if client is 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. If client is more than 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, their appointment may result in being cancelled by the performing Esthetician.
Cancellations: Abiding Artistry understands that things happen. Please give a 24 hour notice if scheduled appointment needs to be canceled and/or rescheduled. Same day cancellation will result in payment of 50% of the schedule service fee. No call/No shows will result in client responsible for 100% of service fee.
